The new model allows employees to comfortably work on a laptop while seated, as well as relax lying down during short breaks. The idea behind the project belongs to Ali Mirzayev, the head of Gardashlar Mebel. This initiative, implemented under his leadership, is aimed not only at improving the well-being of Gardashlar Mebel employees, but also at introducing a new approach to workplace culture across the country.
